We are looking for a motivated and confident Sales Tele caller with experience or interest in the elevator industry. The role involves handling
tele calling for sales inquiries, client follow-ups, lead generation, and coordination with the
sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients to generate leads.
* Explain products and services related to elevators to clients effectively.
* Follow up on leads and inquiries to convert them into sales opportunities.
* Maintain records of calls, prospects, and client interactions in CRM.
* Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams for smooth client servicing.
* Build and maintain positive relationships with clients through effective
communication.
Requirements:
* 6 months of experience in tele calling, telesales, or customer handling (elevator
industry experience will be an added advantage).
* Fresher can also apply
* Good communication and convincing skills.
* Proficiency in Hindi & English (knowledge of regional language will be a plus).
* Confident, target-oriented, and proactive approach.
* Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling, CRM).
