Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Saudi Customs Clearance Executive to join our team in Calicut. The role involves supporting and coordinating with our Saudi-based Customs Clearance Officer for customs clearance activities, SABER documentation, shipment follow-ups, and related operational tasks.
The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of Saudi customs procedures, logistics documentation, and the ability to handle coordination and records efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist the Saudi Customs Clearance Officer in daily clearance operations.
* Prepare, review, and maintain customs clearance documents.
* Create and process SABER certificates based on provided HS Codes.
* Upload required documents to SABER and company software.
* Coordinate SABER SADAD payment requests with the Finance Department.
* Verify invoices and coordinate with relevant teams for processing and delivery.
* Follow up with the Saudi team on shipment status, customs requirements, and documentation updates.
* Maintain proper records of approvals, documents, and shipment files.
* Ensure compliance with Saudi customs regulations and company procedures.
* Provide operational and administrative support for smooth clearance activities.
Requirements
* 1–2 years of experience in customs clearance, logistics, freight forwarding, or a related field preferred.
* Basic knowledge of Saudi customs clearance procedures and documentation.
* SABER documentation experience will be an added advantage.
* Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
* Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
* Good communication and coordination skills.
* Proficiency in MS Office and related software.
* Good English communication skills required; Arabic knowledge will be an advantage. Benefits
