- Process Oversight: Manage final fabric or garment treatments like washing, dyeing, coating, pressing, and folding.
- Quality Control: Inspect finished goods to spot defects, ensure accurate sizing, and maintain brand standards.
- Team Management: Train floor workers, assign daily tasks, and monitor individual performance.
- Workflow Coordination: Connect with sewing, dyeing, and warehouse teams to keep production moving smoothly.
- Safety & Maintenance: Enforce factory safety rules and report machine repairs quickly.
