About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and dependable Executive Assistant to work closely with the Founder of Sphere Travel Media & Exhibitions. This role demands strong multitasking abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Calendar & Schedule Management
- Efficiently manage the Founder’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and daily priorities.
- Communication Management
Screen calls, manage emails, draft responses, and ensure timely follow-ups on key matters.
Plan and manage domestic and international travel, including bookings, itineraries, and logistics. Prepare agendas, presentations, and reports; record minutes and track action points. Act as a liaison between the Founder and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication. Assist in planning and executing travel media events and exhibitions. Handle sensitive information with utmost professionalism and confidentiality. Support day-to-day operations and special projects as required.

- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience supporting founders or senior leadership
- Experience in media, travel, or events/exhibitions industry
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
