We are looking for a high-energy, persistent Inside Sales Associate to drive our sales pipeline in Mumbai. In this hybrid role, your sole focus will be finding potential business clients, opening doors through outbound calling, and managing the follow-up process until a deal is ready to be closed. This is a perfect role for a go-getter who loves the thrill of turning cold prospects into warm business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Cold Calling & Pitching: Conduct targeted outbound cold calls to business prospects daily. Introduce our offerings, handle objections confidently, and generate active interest.
- B2B Lead Generation: Actively research, identify, and build lists of potential business clients using LinkedIn, web directories, and industrial databases.
- Follow-up Coordination: Own the follow-up loop. Send product catalogs, company profiles, and introductory emails immediately after calls, and schedule follow-up touches to keep prospects warm.
- Meeting Scheduling: Qualify leads effectively and secure scheduled meetings or product demonstrations for our senior technical/sales team.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Language Skills: Fluent in English and Hindi.
- Drive & Resilience: A thick skin for cold calling, a high rejection tolerance, and a relentless attitude toward follow-ups.
- Communication: Sharp, persuasive verbal communication with professional phone and email etiquette.
- Tech Comfort: Basic proficiency in using Google Sheets/Excel to manage calling lists and track lead statuses.
- Hybrid Setup: Must have a laptop and a reliable, high-speed internet connection at home for remote working days.
Compensation & Benefits
- Fixed monthly salary + Performance-linked incentives per successful meeting booked.
Pay: ₹12,182.86 - ₹20,000.00 per month
