About The Role
We are seeking for a Senior Delivery Manager to lead technology-driven delivery in our IT services business. This high-impact role requires managing a team of Project Managers and Software Engineers to ensure the successful delivery of projects, stakeholder management, and technology excellence. You will collaborate with leadership across the organization to drive customer satisfaction, revenue & profitability growth, technical innovation, and employee engagement. This role requires hands-on technical expertise in software development, strong delivery management experience, and a customer-first approach to drive business success. Job Responsibilities
Provide hands-on technical leadership with deep expertise in Microsoft technologies such as C#, .NET 4.0+, ASP.NET, MVC, Web API, and MS SQL Server.
Guide and mentor front-end development teams using technologies like Angular.js, Vue.js, or JavaScript.
Lead Agile and Scrum processes, including daily stand-ups (with UK teams), sprint planning, backlog grooming, development, testing, and retrospectives.
Make informed architectural and system design decisions that align with enterprise goals and ensure long-term scalability and maintainability.
Drive code quality through test-driven development, peer code reviews, and adherence to clean coding practices.
Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines and champion DevOps best practices throughout the software development lifecycle.
Build and nurture strong relationships with international clients by understanding their business objectives and ensuring delivery excellence.
Conduct Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews to track project health, ensure timely deliveries, and maintain high-quality standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams like Sales, RMG, and Talent Acquisition to drive revenue growth and profitability.
Foster talent development by building high-performing teams, promoting continuous learning, and managing team engagement and retention.
Resolve operational challenges, manage escalations, and drive efficiencies through process optimization and service excellence.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in IT or a related field.
10+ years of experience in IT Delivery Management, including at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Strong experience working with clients from North America, Europe, or Australia.
Deep technical expertise in Microsoft technologies, Agile methodologies, and DevOps tools and practices.
Proven experience in leading, mentoring, and managing cross-functional technology teams.
Track record of success in client/account management and stakeholder engagement.
Excellent communication and presentation skills with a strong, data-driven approach to decision-making.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
Strategic thinker with strong hands-on problem-solving capabilities and multitasking skills.
