Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities for HVAC projects, AMC contracts, equipment sales, and retrofit/upgrade work
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of clients, including builders, architects, MEP consultants, contractors, facility managers, and corporate clients
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, and presentations to understand requirements and propose suitable HVAC solutions
- Prepare and submit techno-commercial proposals, quotations, and tender documents in coordination with the engineering and estimation teams
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close deals while protecting margins
- Follow up on leads, enquiries, and pending proposals to ensure timely conversion
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by management
- Maintain relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business, referrals, and AMC renewals
- Track market trends, competitor activity, and pricing in the Hyderabad/Telangana HVAC market
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums
- Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, and sales activities in CRM and provide regular MIS reports
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (BBA) or equivalent
- MBA graduate required
- 3 years of business development or sales experience, preferably in HVAC, MEP, building services, or industrial equipment
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation, presentation, analytical and networking skills
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu (preferred)
- Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and site visits
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
Preferred Qualifications
- Existing network of contacts among builders, consultants, and contractors in Hyderabad
- Basic technical understanding of HVAC systems (VRF/VRV, chillers, ducted systems, packaged units)
