Job Title: CRO (Customer Relationship Officer)
Experience: 1 - 2 years
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers using assigned leads and databases.
- Present and explain courses/services, emphasizing key benefits and value.
- Understand customer requirements, address queries, and handle objections effectively.
- Follow up with prospects and nurture leads to drive enrollments.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and lead status in CRM.
- Meet daily and weekly calling and conversion targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless enrollment and onboarding process.
Skills
- 1–2 years of experience in telecalling, sales, or customer support.
- Strong communication, listening, and persuasion skills.
- Basic sales, negotiation, and objection-handling abilities.
- Fluency in Tamil (mandatory) and basic English proficiency.
- Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets, CRM tools, and follow-up management.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
