Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Make outbound calls to potential clients using lists or cold calling to introduce properties.
- Client Engagement: Answer inquiries, explain property features, prices, locations, and address concerns professionally.
- Lead Qualification: Ask questions to understand client needs and determine if they are ready to buy.
- Sales Conversion: Persuade clients, handle objections and convert leads into actual sales opportunities.
- Appointment Setting: Schedule property viewings and coordinate with field sales agents.
- Database Management: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, leads and sales activities in a CRM system.
- Follow-Up: Follow up with potential and existing clients to nurture relationships and drive future sales.
- Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly or quarterly sales quotas and KPIs.
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven telesales/telecaller experience (real estate preferred).
- Excellent verbal communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of real estate products and market trends.
- Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented and able to handle pressure.
- Good telephone etiquette and problem-solving abilities
