We are looking for a resilient, empathic business development executive to contribute to the growth of our company. Business development executives are responsible for finding and retaining clients, encouraging extant clients to purchase added products or features, and remaining abreast of changes in consumption. You will also be required to build capacity in staff through regular training and mentorship.
To be successful as a business development executive, you should attend networking events with the intention of attracting and retaining clientele. Ultimately, an outstanding business development executive will keep a close eye on clients' feedback to ensure that our products and services always exceed expectations.
DESIRED SKILLS
- Must have good communication skills – English Fluency (Must), Hindi & Bengali.
- Must be a Commerce or Science Graduate/ +2 and Diploma / BBA/MBA.
- Identify potential customers and come up with follow up strategies.
- Must have a good knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel and Power Point.
- Will have no problem in exhaustive travelling throughout the state.
- Candidates having driving License of 2/4 wheelers will be preferred.
- Managing tasks and projects efficiently.
- Understanding market trends and customer needs.
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with customers and industry professionals.
- Must have a Never Give Up attitude.
- Must be ambitious with great personal goals.
- Age Limit – 35 years
JOB ROLE
- Create Potential leads, by visiting and meeting organisation heads (Mapped to industry CLUDO serve)
- Create New Channel Partners
- Create Dealers for Hardware Accessories.
- Meet leads, arrange meetings, held demonstration of software, close sales deal.
- Create Sales Presentations and prepare Quotations.
- Ensure Service Delivery and smooth onboarding of the clients.
