Responsibilities:
● Supervise and ensure smooth daily operations of plant and equipment.
● Handle electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems troubleshooting with minimal downtime.
● Lead and mentor technicians in maintenance activities and breakdown resolution.
● Perform and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
● Promptly diagnose and resolve faults in motors, panels, compressors, chillers, AHUs, pumps, and other utilities.
● Ensure proper functioning of power distribution systems, control panels, and safety interlocks.
● Maintain HVAC systems, including temperature, humidity, and air quality control.
● Coordinate with the production team to avoid operational delays.
● Maintain accurate records of maintenance logs, downtime reports, and spare parts inventory.
● Ensure strict adherence to safety standards and SOPs.
● Identify areas for process improvement and cost reduction.
Required Skills
● Strong troubleshooting skills in electrical systems (panels, wiring, motors, VFDs)
● Working knowledge of mechanical systems (pumps, compressors, rotating equipment)
● Hands-on experience with HVAC systems (chillers, AHU, cooling towers)
● Ability to read and understand technical drawings and schematics
● Strong leadership and team management skills
● Ability to handle emergency breakdowns efficiently
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
