Job Summary
We are hiring an experienced Salesforce Technical Architect with a strong background in the Higher Education domain. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Salesforce Education Cloud, Student Information Systems (SIS), academic structures, student lifecycle management, and enterprise Salesforce architecture. You will lead the design and implementation of scalable Salesforce solutions for universities and educational institutions.
Required Skills
- 10+ years of Salesforce experience with 3–5 years as a Salesforce Technical Architect
- Proven experience in the Higher Education domain
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Education Cloud
- Strong knowledge of Student Information Systems (SIS)
- Experience with Academic Structures and Student Lifecycle Management
- Expertise in Salesforce Architecture and Solution Design
- Experience with enterprise integrations, REST APIs, and API-led architecture
- Strong understanding of Salesforce security, roles, profiles, permission sets, and sharing model
- Experience with data migration, data governance, and master data management
- Knowledge of Salesforce customization, Lightning Platform, Apex, and integrations
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions for higher education institutions.
- Lead architecture, integration, and technical design initiatives.
- Integrate Salesforce with SIS and other enterprise applications.
- Ensure platform security, scalability, and best practices.
- Lead data migration and governance activities.
- Work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce Architect certifications (Application/System Architect or CTA preferred)
- Experience leading digital transformation projects for universities or colleges

Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹110,000.00 per month
