- Surface Preparation: Clean, degrease, sandblast, and mask metal parts to ensure proper powder adhesion.
- Coating Application: Operate electrostatic spray guns to apply powder coating consistently and evenly to parts.
- Curing & Baking: Monitor oven temperatures, conveyor speeds, and curing times to ensure proper curing.
- Quality Inspection: Check for coating defects (e.g., orange peel, thin spots), measure thickness, and perform adhesion tests.
- Equipment Maintenance: Clean spray guns, booths, and filtration systems; report equipment malfunctions to supervisors.
- Safety & Handling: Wear required PPE (respirators, gloves) and safely handle chemicals and powder materials.

Qualifications
- Experience: Generally 2–5 years of experience in powder coating or industrial painting.
- Technical Skills: Knowledge of paint sprayers, curing ovens, and coating thickness gauges.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, lift, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (ITI/Diploma in mechanical/painting preferred).
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in achieving consistent, high-quality finishes
