Job Title: CNC Programmer cum Operator
Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled CNC Programmer to create and optimize CNC programs for the production of modular kitchen and furniture components. The ideal candidate should have experience with CAD/CAM software, CNC routers, nesting, and woodworking machinery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare & run CNC programs from drawings
- Set up and operate CNC machines
- Optimize nesting to reduce material waste
- Select tools and machining parameters
- Verify programs and ensure quality output
- Troubleshoot issues and support smooth production
- Coordinate with design & production teams
- Maintain programs, tools, and meet production targets
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Production, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in CNC programming for modular furniture or kitchens.
- Knowledge of CAD/CAM software (AlphaCAM, WoodWOP, BSolid, Cabinet Vision, or similar).
- Experience with CNC routers and woodworking machines.
- Ability to read technical drawings and optimize machining processes.
- Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,763.75 per month
