Job Description
As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for contacting potential customers, introducing our solar products and services, generating qualified leads, and scheduling appointments for the sales team. You should have excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers.
- Explain the company's solar products and services.
- Generate and qualify sales leads.
- Schedule appointments for the Sales Team.
- Maintain customer records and update the CRM/Excel database.
- Follow up with interested customers.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally.
- Work closely with the Sales Team to achieve monthly targets.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi (Basic English is an advantage).
- Good convincing and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) and computer operations.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work with sales targets.
- Prior experience in Telecalling, Customer Support, or Sales is preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.

- Minimum 12th Pass or Graduate.
- Freshers and Experienced candidates can apply.
