Position: KST (Kitchen Stewarding) Supervisor
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise the stewarding team during each shift.
- Ensure all kitchen utensils, crockery, cutlery, glassware, and equipment are cleaned and sanitized.
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchens, dishwashing areas, stores, and back-of-house areas.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards (such as HACCP where applicable).
- Schedule and assign daily tasks to stewarding staff.
- Monitor the use of cleaning chemicals and ensure they are handled safely.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and stewarding equipment.
- Coordinate with the Executive Chef, kitchen staff, and Food & Beverage team to support operations.
- Train stewarding staff on cleaning procedures, safety, and company standards.
- Report maintenance issues and ensure equipment is functioning properly.
- Ensure proper waste disposal and recycling procedures are followed.
- Prepare shift reports and maintain attendance and performance records.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience in hotel kitchen stewarding or hospitality operations.
- Leadership and team supervision skills.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer knowledge for reporting and inventory management.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
