The VSTO Developer will be responsible for developing and maintaining enterprise-level Microsoft Office Add-Ins using VSTO, C#, and .NET technologies. The candidate should have strong expertise in Office automation, COM Interop, Ribbon customization, deployment automation, and troubleshooting Office runtime compatibility issues.
The role requires close collaboration with engineering teams, business stakeholders, and enterprise application teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance Office automation solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop VSTO Add-Ins for Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Implement Word automation features including Content Controls, Bookmarks, Styles, Track Changes, and Custom XML Parts.
- Develop Excel automation capabilities including Workbook/Worksheet events, Named Ranges, UDFs, PivotTables, Chart Automation, and Data Validation.
- Implement PowerPoint automation including Slide & Shape manipulation, Template generation, Masters & Layouts, and Embedded Media control.
- Develop and maintain Ribbon XML customizations and Custom Task Panes across Office applications.
- Package, deploy, and maintain Add-Ins using NSIS installer scripting.
- Configure registry settings, trust settings, deployment versioning, and installation workflows.
- Ensure compatibility across Office 2016, 2019, 2021, and Microsoft 365 environments for both 32-bit and 64-bit platforms.
- Troubleshoot COM Interop, PIA binding, Office runtime, and process isolation issues.
- Write clean, scalable, maintainable, and production-ready C# code.
- Participate in code reviews, debugging, optimization, and technical discussions.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
