Job Description:
A Front Desk Officer is responsible for managing the reception area and serving as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees. The role includes handling calls, managing appointments, and supporting basic administrative tasks.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a polite manner
- Answer and transfer phone calls
- Handle visitor inquiries and provide information
- Schedule and manage appointments
- Maintain records and update files
- Receive, sort, and distribute mail or packages
- Keep the reception area clean and organized
- Inform staff about visitor arrivals
- Manage entry and exit of visitors
- Handle emails and messages
- Assist with basic office and administrative tasks
