At Goomti, a design is only as good as its execution. The most considered concept means nothing if the material is wrong, the vendor is late, or the detail is lost on site. We are looking for someone to own that entire chain, from the vendors we work with to the quotation we send to the moment a project is handed over.
This is a senior role for someone who knows the interiors industry from the inside, and who can make a complex project land on time, on budget, and at the standard we promised.
What you will do
- Own vendor identification, evaluation, negotiation, and relationships across all trades
- Prepare and manage detailed quotations and BOQs
- Drive project delivery through the project management team and vendors
- Monitor budgets, costs, and material procurement across live projects
- Track timelines and hold schedules across multiple concurrent projects
- Verify bills and completed work before payment recommendations
- Work closely with the design team so execution honours design intent
- Visit sites regularly and be present when it matters
What we are looking for
- 8 to 12 years of experience, in the interior design and build industry specifically
- Deep vendor and contractor network across trades, materials, and finishes
- Strong command of quotations, BOQs, costing, and margin discipline
- Proven ability to run multiple projects simultaneously without losing detail
- Real knowledge of materials, finishes, joinery, and execution methods
- Sharp negotiation skills and commercial judgment
- Comfort with project management tools, Excel or Google Sheets
- The ability to hold vendors and teams to a standard without losing the relationship

The details
Location: Kolkata, in-office, with regular site visits
Hours: Approximately 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM as a general benchmark. This is client and site-driven work, so timings vary. Early visits and flexible days come with the role.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
