Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented Finance Intern to support our core finance and administrative operations. From daily bookkeeping and expense tracking to supporting compliance documentation, this role offers direct exposure to NGO financial management. Ideal for someone who loves structure, data accuracy, and operational impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain daily accounts, expense records, and vendor/field reimbursement tracking
- Assist with invoice processing, receipt verification, and documentation for audits
- Update and maintain internal cash flow spreadsheets and financial trackers
- Support compliance tasks, statutory filing preparation, and audit documentation
- Coordinate across internal teams to verify operational expense claims
Qualifications & Requirements
- Student pursuing or recent graduate in M.Com or MBA (Finance)
- Solid understanding of basic accounting principles
- Working proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets (familiarity with Zoho Books / Tally is a plus)
- High attention to detail, confidentiality, and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work from the Bengaluru office at least 3 days a week
