Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive Jr. Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, cash management, expense verification, reconciliations, invoicing, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge, hands-on experience with Tally, and proficiency in MS Excel.
Experience : 1 to 2 years
Location: Ghatlodiya, Ahmedabad
Key Responsibilities
· Verify and process site expense vouchers.
· Perform cash handling and daily cash reconciliation.
· Verify vouchers and recheck purchase invoices.
· Process salary sheet entries in Tally.
· Prepare Proforma Invoices.
· Pass Journal Vouchers and expense booking entries.
· Generate invoices, E-Way Bills, and Delivery Challans.
· Perform vendor and customer account reconciliations.
· Assist in the finalization of accounts.
· Support statutory and internal audits.
· Prepare MIS reports and financial data analysis.
Required Skills
· Strong knowledge of accounting principles.
· Hands-on experience in Tally ERP.
· Knowledge of Journal Entries, Ledgers, Trial Balance, and Finalization of Accounts.
Technical Skills
· Tally
· MS Excel (Advanced Formulas, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP)
