Job Overview:
Khetibuddy is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to spearhead our sales efforts for our SAAS platform. The ideal candidate is a proven achiever in sales, eager to take on a sales role in a startup environment. This position is particularly suited for individuals who have a knack for understanding the nuances of sectors akin to agriculture, although this is not a strict requirement. Your primary responsibility will be driving revenue growth and expanding our client base.
Key Responsibilities:
Account Development: Craft and execute sales plans to exceed sales targets, particularly focusing on acquiring new clients and expanding business within existing client bases in the SaaS domain.
Client Acquisition and Relationship Management: Actively pursue new sales opportunities and nurture lasting relationships with clients, offering solutions that meet their unique needs, which may often intersect with agricultural practices and technologies.
Performance and Metrics Analysis: Regularly track sales performance against goals, making data-driven adjustments to strategies as necessary.
Market Insight and Adaptability: Maintain an understanding of market trends and competitor activities, applying this knowledge to enhance sales approaches. An intuitive grasp of sectors related to agriculture will be beneficial.
Collaborative Efforts: Work in tandem with other departments to ensure sales strategies align with the broader business objectives of Khetibuddy.
Qualifications:
- Proven sales experience in SaaS business applications, with a strong record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Excellent skills in sales, negotiation, and building customer relationships.
- Adaptability and enthusiasm for working in a startup environment, with potential exposure to sectors like agriculture.
- Leadership potential and aspiration to grow with the company.
- Effective communication and presentation skills.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields is preferred.
