- Monitor and manage bugs.
- Log, categorize, prioritize, and assign defects in bug-tracking tools.
- Track bug status throughout the lifecycle from identification to closure.
- Ensure timely resolution of critical and high-priority issues.
- Validate that fixes are implemented and verified before closure.
- Maintain accurate defect reports, dashboards, and metrics.
- Analyze recurring issues and identify trends for process improvement.
