Job Summary
Agromaxx Industry is looking for a knowledgeable and customer-oriented Agri-Advisor to provide expert agricultural guidance to farmers through telephonic interactions. The role involves understanding farmers' crop requirements, recommending suitable Agromaxx products, generating sales opportunities, and ensuring excellent customer support.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact farmers through inbound and outbound calls.
- Understand crop conditions and recommend appropriate Agromaxx fertilizers, pesticides, and plant nutrition products.
- Provide technical guidance on crop management, balanced farming practices, product application, dosage, and usage.
- Generate and qualify sales leads, and coordinate with the field sales team for order closure.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers and dealers.
- Resolve customer queries and provide timely support.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, follow-ups, and leads in the CRM/ERP system.
- Achieve daily calling, lead generation, and sales targets.
- Submit daily work reports and coordinate with the Reporting Manager.
Qualification & Experience
- B.Sc. Agriculture / M.Sc. Agriculture or Diploma in Agriculture.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Prior experience in agri-advisory, telecalling, agri-input sales, or customer support will be an added advantage.
Required Skills
- Strong agricultural and crop management knowledge.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills in Hindi (knowledge of regional languages is an advantage).
- Customer-focused attitude with good problem-solving abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office/CRM software.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
