- Schedule: 5 Days/Week (Mon-Fri)

Detailed Responsibilities 1. Lead Generation & Bidding
- Platform Bidding: Actively generate quality leads and secure projects through platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, and LinkedIn.
- Proposal Writing: Analyse client project requirements carefully to write and submit tailored, highly convincing technical proposals.
- Campaign Management: Support and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to discover new business opportunities.
2. Client Communication & Relationship Management
- Client Engagement: Connect with both domestic and international clients, managing primary communications confidently.
- Deal Closure: Schedule business meetings, handle prompt follow-ups, and coordinate steps to successfully close deals.
- CRM Management: Maintain highly accurate and up-to-date records of leads, active proposals, and client histories in our CRM software or Excel sheets.
3. Staff Augmentation & Technical Coordination
- Service Promotion: Actively promote our core IT services, custom software development capabilities, and staff augmentation models.
- Resource Matching: Select and share matching developer, QA, UI/UX, or technical support profiles with prospective clients.
- Internal Coordination: Work closely with our internal technical teams to handle project evaluations, resource alignment, and budget estimations.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Any graduate can apply; an MBA degree is preferred but not mandatory.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills are essential.
- Platform Expertise: Prior experience navigating and bidding on platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, or Guru is highly preferred.
- Domain Knowledge: Proven baseline exposure to IT business development, lead generation, proposal writing, or staff augmentation.
- Attributes: An active, result-oriented professional with a strong interest in the technology sector and a high willingness to learn.
Compensation, Benefits & PerksSalary & Stipend Structure
- For Freshers (Training Period): A progressive monthly stipend ranging from ₹8,000 to ₹15,000 during the first 6 months. Upon successful training completion, the monthly package revises to a range of ₹15,000 to ₹20,000 based strictly on your performance.
- For Experienced Candidates: Up to ₹45,000 per month, entirely dependent on your past domain experience, communication skills, and historical work exposure.

Important Terms & Conditions
Please review these operational policies before submitting your application:
- Probation Period: 6 months for fresher candidates; 3 months for experienced professionals. Note: During your probation, the 1st, 3rd, and 5th Saturdays of each month are standard working days.
- BYOD Policy: Candidates must bring and use their own laptop throughout the duration of the probation period.
- Service Agreement: A mandatory 2-year career bond/service agreement applies upon joining the company.
