Social Media Content Creator – Demould / Delhi Gifting Company
Location: Delhi (Rohini, Mayapuri, Kirti Nagar — multi-location role)
Experience: 1–3 years in content creation/photography/videography (bakery, F&B, or lifestyle brand experience preferred)
Salary: 18,000-24,000
Joining: Immediate
Role: This person will create and manage content for three accounts — Demould, Delhi Gifting Company (DGC), and the founder's (Shiv's) personal account. The role covers everything from planning and shooting to editing and posting across platforms.
What you'll do:
- Plan and shoot conceptualised content — cake shoots, aesthetic behind-the-scenes, and premium shoots for gift hampers
- Document the founder's day-to-day journey — building his personal brand through authentic, relatable content
- Capture genuine customer moments and reactions at the café — emotions, enjoyment, real experiences
- Create content featuring the team — showing the people behind the brand
- Shoot and edit video testimonials from customers
- Stay updated on trends and adapt them to fit the brand's voice
- Track and analyze content performance across platforms, and adjust strategy based on what's working
- Maintain and organize a content bank for future use
- Plan and execute special festive shoots for brochures and website use
- Edit all content (photo and video) to a polished, brand-consistent standard
- Post and manage content across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other platforms as needed
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of camera angles, composition, and lighting
- Hands-on knowledge of editing tools (e.g., Premiere Pro, CapCut, Lightroom, or similar)
- Good eye for aesthetics and storytelling
- Ability to work across multiple locations and coordinate shoots independently
- Basic understanding of social media trends and platform-specific content styles
- Good communication skills to coordinate with store and kitchen teams for shoots
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
