Job Title: Lab Chemist
Location: Ahmedabad STP/WTP
Job Description:
We are looking for a Lab Chemist responsible for ensuring water quality at the Bhavnagar Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) / Water Treatment Plant (WTP). The role involves conducting tests, analyzing samples, and maintaining the water treatment standards as per regulatory guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine chemical, physical, and biological tests on water samples.
Analyze water quality parameters such as PH, TDS, BOD, COD, and turbidity.
Maintain accurate records of lab results and report any deviations.
Ensure compliance with environmental and safety standards.
Calibrate and maintain laboratory equipment.
Assist in troubleshooting water treatment processes when needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or related field.
Experience in water treatment testing preferred.
Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
