About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensure excellent customer satisfaction, and contribute to business growth. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, customer handling abilities, and experience in managing customer interactions, follow-ups, and issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
- Follow up with customers regarding services, feedback, and ongoing requirements
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and communications
- Develop customer engagement strategies to improve customer experience
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services
- Monitor customer feedback and suggest process improvements
- Prepare customer reports and maintain CRM databases
- Ensure timely response to customer requests and escalations
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Relationship Management, Customer Service, Client Servicing, or a similar role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer handling and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to build long-term client relationships
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Experience using CRM software and customer databases is preferred
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills
- Positive attitude and customer-centric approach
