Experience: More than 1 year in Telecalling
Job Mode: Work From Home / Remote
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers
- Explain company products & services clearly
- Follow up with interested leads
- Maintain call records and customer data in CRM tool
- Handle basic customer queries politely
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidates with prior telecalling experience
- Strong communication skills in English & Hindi
- Knowledge of Computer, CRM, & ERP tools
- Ability to work with targets
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
