Role Description
The Video Editor role at Claw Marketing is a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad. The Video Editor will be responsible for editing video content for marketing campaigns, sales funnels, and client communication, ensuring that each piece aligns with brand guidelines and conversion-focused messaging. Typical day-to-day tasks include assembling raw footage, creating and refining storylines, applying color grading, integrating motion graphics and visual elements, and preparing final deliverables for various platforms. The role also involves collaborating with marketers, copywriters, and designers to produce videos that support lead follow-up, funnel optimization, and brand consistency. The Video Editor is expected to manage multiple projects, adhere to deadlines, and continuously improve video quality based on performance feedback and data.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Video Editing skills, including assembling footage, trimming, sequencing, and adding audio to create compelling content.
Candidates should possess Video Production skills, such as understanding shot composition, camera formats, and best practices for preparing footage for edit.
Candidates should possess Video Color Grading skills to ensure consistent tone, mood, and visual quality across all video assets.
Candidates should possess Motion Graphics and Graphics skills to create engaging titles, lower-thirds, transitions, and simple animations that support marketing goals.
Proficiency in industry-standard editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools).
Strong sense of visual storytelling, attention to detail, and ability to follow brand and style guidelines.
Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad, manage tight deadlines, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Relevant experience in marketing or advertising environments; prior work with performance-driven or coaching businesses is a plus.
Portfolio demonstrating video editing, color grading, and motion graphics projects; formal education in media, film, design, or related fields is beneficial but not mandatory.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
