We're looking for a results-driven Strategic Account Manager to grow key accounts, deepen client relationships, and drive Truviq's next phase of growth.

Key Responsibilities

Own and execute strategic account growth plans, identifying upsell, cross-sell, and new business opportunities — across technology and staffing/talent engagements.

Conduct account mining to map stakeholders, uncover whitespace, and convert insights into a structured pipeline.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers at client organizations.

Act as a trusted advisor, aligning Truviq's solutions to clients' strategic goals.

Partner with sales, pre-sales, delivery, and marketing to shape and deliver customized solutions.

Track market trends, competitor activity, and client data to surface growth opportunities.

Lead regular business reviews to ensure alignment and demonstrate value delivered.

Meet or exceed revenue and client satisfaction targets while maintaining CRM accuracy.
Required Skills and Qualifications

8–12 years in IT services account management, with a track record of driving growth in technology accounts.

Strong understanding of IT services, software development, and digital transformation solutions.

Proven ability to identify opportunities, build growth strategies, and close complex deals.

Exceptional relationship-building skills, including with senior executives and C-level stakeholders.

Strategic mindset, with strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, or related field; MBA preferred.

Experience with Healthcare & BFSI industries, or exposure to staffing/talent solutions, is a plus.
