We are hiring an experienced Technology Head – Products & Platforms to lead technology strategy, architecture, and engineering excellence across digital products delivered through POD teams. The role will drive AI/GenAI-led innovation, enable POD autonomy, and ensure scalable, secure, and cost-effective solutions. It also involves collaborating with partners, start-ups, and academia to evaluate and adopt emerging technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and own the technology vision, architecture, and platform roadmap
- Drive build vs buys vs partner decisions aligned to product strategy and P&L goals
- Establish engineering standards for architecture, DevOps, CI/CD, reliability, and security
- Own non-functional requirements: performance, scalability, security, compliance
- Manage external stakeholders including technology partners, vendors, and platform providers
- Support customer-facing engagements requiring technical credibility
- Build, mentor, and scale tech leads, architects, and engineering talent
Experience & Skills:
- 15+ years in software engineering; 7+ years in senior technology leadership
- Experience building and scaling SaaS or platform products
- Strong expertise in cloud-native architectures and modern DevOps
- Proven experience with vendor evaluation, partner onboarding, and ecosystem management
- Experience working in product organizations (not only services)
- Product-first mindset with business and P&L awareness
