We are hiring for Customer service Executive from Label and Packaging Industry
Location Chennai
Salary - 3 Lakhs per annum
1) Timely response to customer’s both emails and phone calls
2) Timely order processing by sending art work and PI within 24 hours of order receipt
3) Timely release of orders to production within 24 hours from the order confirmation by
customer
4) Order release plan every day on or before.
5) Regular update of sales orders in sales order tracker.
6) Regular update of sales report in the sales register and daily sales must be shared to
management every day, Monday to Saturday —
7) Must send statement of accounts to every vendor at least 5 days before the agreed
payment terms and follow up to collect receivables on time.
8) Registering customer complaint in standard format, responding initial analysis within 24
hours, then corrective action within 48 hours and closing complaint within 10 working days
with proper preventive action.
9) No invoice errors and same must be prepared as per SOP
10) Sending dispatch details to each vendor on daily basis on or before 10 am every day.
11) Must send SRF for all new items on timely basis.
12) Must share monthly / quarterly sales forecast with the help of vendors.
13) Must check and share job plan analysis against the production plan on a daily basis to Reporting Manager
14) Must maintain 5S level all time in the respective Work station
