What would you do? Leads the C360 Ad Operations delivery pod within the CX Hub (Project Marlin), ensuring accurate trafficking, timely launches, and reliable measurement. Owns day-to-day delivery governance, standardization, and performance reporting across onshore/offshore execution teams. The planning, executing, tracking and analysis of direct marketing campaigns. These tasks span the entire lifecycle of a marketing campaign, from inception to launch to evaluation of result.
What are we looking for? •Own trafficking and campaign setup across retail media / ad platforms, ensuring build accuracy and readiness for launch Key Skills / Experience Ad operations experience with ad servers/platforms (DV360, CM360, Meta, Google Ads) and trafficking best practices Strong understanding of tagging, pixels, and measurement concepts; ability to reconcile delivery and reporting variances Leadership experience in SLA-based delivery environments with clear escalation and governance expectations Ability to drive standardization and continuous improvement within a hub/pod operating model
Roles and Responsibilities: Lead CX Hub delivery governance: daily/weekly performance rhythm, SLA adherence, issue management, and stakeholder comms Standardize workflows, templates, and QA controls to improve consistency and reduce delivery defects Oversee tagging/pixels and measurement set-up; troubleshoot tracking and data discrepancies with analytics partners Coach and lead Ad Ops specialists; manage capacity and prioritization aligned to Client priorities and trading calendar
