We are looking for dynamic Customer Support Representatives to handle customer queries and deliver excellent service. Job Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information Maintain high standards of customer service and satisfaction Meet individual and team targets for quality and productivity Accurately update customer data in CRM tools Adhere to process guidelines and compliance requirements Eligibility Criteria Education: Graduate / Undergraduate degree Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in BPO / Customer Support domain - Mandatory Communication: Excellent English verbal and written communication skills For B.E/B.Tech candidates: Minimum 60% marks in graduation required Salary & Benefits Annual CTC: ₹4,00,000 per annum Monthly Incentive: Up to ₹2,000 MIV Take-home Salary: Up to ₹25,500 per month Additional benefits as per company policy Selection Process 1. SVAR B2/56 Assessment 2. Technical and Logical Test - Minimum 80% score required 3. Typing Test - 25 WPM with 90% accuracy required 4. Operations Voice Assessment 5.
