About the Role
Proqruit is hiring passionate and target-driven Fundraisers for one of our leading NGO clients. The role involves engaging with individuals, creating awareness about the NGO's mission, and inspiring people to support social causes through regular donations.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent the NGO and promote its mission to potential donors.
- Engage with individuals through face-to-face interactions and fundraising campaigns.
- Educate prospective donors about the NGO's programs, impact, and initiatives.
- Inspire and encourage individuals to contribute through regular giving programs.
- Build positive relationships with donors and maintain a professional image of the organization.
- Achieve monthly fundraising targets and performance goals.
- Maintain accurate donor records and campaign reports.
- Participate in awareness drives, events, and fundraising activities.
Requirements
- Graduate or undergraduate candidates can apply.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in interacting with people from diverse backgrounds.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and target-oriented.
- Prior experience in fundraising, sales, customer engagement, or marketing is preferred but not mandatory.
- Passion for social impact and community development.
