### Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced, result-oriented, and highly stable **US IT Bench Sales Recruiter** to join our growing team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have 5 to 10 years of solid experience in marketing bench consultants (H1B, GC, US Citizens, OPT/CPT) and a proven track record of maintaining long-term employment stability. You will be responsible for the entire bench sales lifecycle, from identifying requirements to closing deals with prime vendors and direct clients.
### Key Responsibilities
* **Consultant Marketing:** Actively market our bench consultants across various skill sets (Java, .NET, DevOps, AWS, Data Engineering, Salesforce, etc.) to Prime Vendors, Tier-1 Vendors, and Implementation Partners.
* **Relationship Management:** Establish, build, and maintain a robust network of vendor contacts and recruiters to ensure regular requirement flow.
* **Job Portal Navigation:** Extensively utilize job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, TechFetch), LinkedIn, and Google Groups to source tier-1 requirements.
* **End-to-End Recruitment:** Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, including identifying requirements, formatting resumes, preparing candidates for interviews, and closing deals.
* **Negotiation:** Negotiate optimal hourly rates or salaries with vendors while ensuring a high success rate of placements.
* **Compliance & Tracking:** Regularly update daily tracker reports, submissions, and feedback loops to ensure smooth operations.
### Candidate Profile & Requirements
* **Experience:** 5 to 10 years of dedicated experience in **US IT Bench Sales Recruitment**.
* **Stability:** A proven track record of employment stability (minimum 1.5 to 2 years continuous service with previous employers). Job hoppers will not be considered.
* **Shift Flexibility:** Must be 100% comfortable working regular **Night Shifts** aligned with US business hours.
* **Communication Skills:** Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills, with an ability to interact confidently with US-based clients and vendors.
* **Tax Terms Knowledge:** Thorough understanding of US recruiting terms like W2, Corp-to-Corp (C2C), 1099, and visa types (H1B, GC, EAD, US Citizen, OPT).
* **Work Arrangement:** Must be ready to work directly from our **Hyderabad office**.
