About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and proactive Business Development Executive to join our healthcare team. This is a remote opportunity for candidates with a medical or life sciences educational background who possess excellent communication skills and a passion for business development.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and connect with doctors, healthcare professionals, hospitals, and healthcare organizations.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships.
- Generate new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
- Conduct outreach through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and virtual meetings.
- Coordinate follow-ups and manage the sales pipeline.
- Work closely with internal teams to achieve business objectives.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in a medical or healthcare-related field (MBBS, BDS, BAMS, BHMS, BPT, B.Pharm, M.Pharm, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, or equivalent).
- 0–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Healthcare, or a related field.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.

- Fluent in spoken and written English.
- Presentable and professional in virtual interactions.
- Creative mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Proactive, self-driven, and goal-oriented.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and online communication tools.
