Summary We are looking for an experienced Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to lead and execute digital marketing strategies for our real estate projects. The ideal candidate should have expertise in lead generation, performance marketing, social media campaigns, SEO, and real estate branding. Key Responsibilities Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, and other platforms. Generate high-quality real estate leads while maintaining target CPL (Cost Per Lead). Manage Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube marketing campaigns. Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Tag Manager. Coordinate with the sales team to improve lead quality and conversion rates. Develop and execute SEO and SEM strategies. Create and manage email marketing and WhatsApp marketing campaigns. Oversee website content, landing pages, and lead forms. Work with designers and content creators to produce engaging marketing creatives. Track KPIs, prepare performance reports, and recommend improvements. Stay updated with digital marketing trends and competitor activities. Required Skills Strong knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and SEO. Experience in real estate lead generation campaigns. Understanding of CRM systems and lead management. Excellent analytical and reporting skills. Strong communication and team management abilities. Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications are preferred. Preferred Experience 4–7 years of digital marketing experience. Minimum 2–3 years in the real estate industry.
Proven track record of generating qualified property leads and managing large advertising budgets. Salary ₹6 LPA – ₹10 LPA (Negotiable based on experience) Immediate Joiners Preferred.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
