Mess Manager Required – Mahur & Kapurchera Labor Mess, Haflong (Assam)
Helic Infocom Private Limited (DRAIPL) is hiring 2 Mess Managers for managing large-scale labor mess operations at Mahur and Kapurchera, Haflong, Assam.
The mess serves approximately 570–600 workers daily, and we are looking for sincere, disciplined, and efficient individuals capable of handling daily operations smoothly and responsibly.
Job Responsibilities:
- Managing day-to-day labor mess operations
- Supervising kitchen staff and food distribution
- Maintaining hygiene, cleanliness, and food quality
- Handling inventory, stock, and daily requirements
- Managing attendance, labor coordination, and daily reporting
- Maintaining proper records, counting, and basic accounting
- Ensuring smooth communication between workers and management
Eligibility & Skills:
- Minimum qualification: Graduate preferred
- Candidates with good experience in labor management or mess operations may also apply
- Basic computer knowledge required
- Good accounting and counting skills
- Strong communication and management ability
- Ability to handle large workforce operations efficiently
