Sales Executive
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting customers, explaining products/services, closing sales, and maintaining long-term client relationships. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, confidence in dealing with customers, and a target-oriented mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities
- Meet prospective clients and explain company products/services
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into sales
- Maintain records of customer interactions and sales activities
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer onboarding
- Prepare sales reports and market feedback
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 0–3 years of sales experience (Freshers can also apply)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM tools
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Ability to travel locally if required
