Salary:
- Freshers: Up to ₹15,000 per month + Attractive Incentives
- Experienced candidates: Salary negotiable based on experience
Shift Timing:
9:30 AM to 6:30 PM (Day Shift)
Working Days:
6 Days Working
Key Responsibilities:
- Call customers and explain financial products
- Promote insurance, credit card, and loan products over phone
- Generate sales and achieve monthly targets
- Maintain good customer interaction and follow-up
- Handle customer queries professionally
Required Skills:
- Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills
- Comfortable with sales and target-based work
- Ability to speak confidently with customers
Preferred Candidates:
- Candidates with BPO / telesales / telecalling experience preferred
- Freshers with good communication skills are also welcome
