Experience:
2-2.5 years
(Preferred: CA firm / outsourced accounting / corporate accounting experience)
Salary Range: 50k to 60k with the candidate having 1 to 1.5 years of experience
70k to 75k with the candidate having 2 to 2.5 years of experience
Roles:
- Handle accounting and finalization of client accounts
- Prepare financial statements, balance sheets, and P&L reports
- Manage GST, Income Tax, TDS, and statutory compliance
- Ensure timely filing and accurate compliance reporting
- Prepare MIS reports and management reports for clients
- Analyze financial data and support decision-making
- Manage outsourced accounting operations for multiple clients
- Coordinate with clients for financial data and documentation
- Supervise and guide junior team members
- Ensure accuracy and efficiency in accounting processes
- Utilize accounting software and AI-based tools for process improvement
- Improve operational efficiency and reporting systems
Qualification:
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)
- CA Articleship experience in accounting & compliance preferred
