We are looking for a passionate and results-oriented Performance Marketing Executive to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, and other digital platforms.
- Manage campaign budgets and ensure maximum ROI and ROAS.
- Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and campaign planning.
- Create and optimize ad copies, creatives, and landing page recommendations.
- Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven optimization decisions.
- Track and analyze key metrics such as CPC, CPA, CTR, Conversion Rate, and ROAS.
- Generate regular performance reports and provide actionable insights.
- Implement conversion tracking using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and platform-specific tracking tools.
- Stay updated with industry trends, advertising platform updates, and best practices.
- Collaborate with the content, design, and development teams to improve campaign performance.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Performance Marketing or Digital Advertising.
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and other paid marketing platforms.
- Experience with campaign setup, optimization, and reporting.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and conversion tracking.
- Understanding of lead generation, e-commerce, and conversion optimization strategies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and reporting abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
Experience
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in Performance Marketing.
- Agency experience will be an added advantage.
