We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and prior experience in handling customer queries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
The candidate must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and should be able to communicate effectively in English, Hindi, and Bengali.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries via calls, emails, and chats in a professional manner
- Provide accurate information about products/services
- Resolve customer complaints and issues within the given timeline
- Maintain customer records and update information in the system
- Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Follow up with customers for feedback and support
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer support/customer service
- 12th Pass or above
- Strong problem-solving and client-handling skills
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to manage customer data
- Ability to work in a team and handle pressure
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
