The Student Success Executive is responsible for ensuring a positive student experience from onboarding through course completion. This role involves coordinating student orientation, addressing student concerns, managing certificates, and serving as the primary point of contact for students.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and conduct student orientation sessions for new admissions.
- Act as the primary point of contact for students, providing timely guidance and support.
- Handle student queries, concerns, and complaints professionally, ensuring prompt resolution.
- Maintain regular communication with students via phone, WhatsApp, email, and in-person interactions.
- Coordinate with academic, administrative, and support teams to resolve student issues.
- Monitor student engagement and follow up with students to ensure a smooth learning experience.
- Process and issue course completion certificates and maintain accurate student records.
- Maintain confidentiality of student information and documentation.
- Prepare reports on student feedback, complaints, and resolution status.
- Support student events, workshops, and other engagement activities as required.
- Ensure all student communications are accurate, professional, and timely.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
