Job Title: Helpdesk Executive

Key Responsibilities:
* Handle residents' queries, complaints, and service requests.
* Record and track complaints using MS Excel.
* Coordinate with maintenance and housekeeping teams.
* Maintain daily reports and documentation.
* Ensure professional and courteous communication with residents.
Requirements:
* 2–3 years of experience in Maintenance Helpdesk or CRM .
* Freshers can apply.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Basic knowledge of MS Office and MS Excel is required.
* Experience in customer service, front office, or residential societies will be an added advantage.
