Role Overview
You will play a central role in managing the global lawyer partner network. Your work will focus on contracts, partner coordination, and structured research on immigration systems and visa categories worldwide. You will work closely with U.S. based leadership and legal teams.
This role is remote for now and expected to move to a hybrid model over time.
Key Responsibilities
Draft, review, and manage contracts with global lawyer partners.
Act as the primary point of contact for international partner lawyers.
Handle ongoing communication, coordination, and issue resolution with partners.
Support onboarding, documentation, and operational compliance of partner law firms.
Research immigration laws, visa categories, and global mobility frameworks across major jurisdictions including the U.S., UK, EU, Canada, Middle East, and Asia.
Prepare internal research notes, jurisdictional comparisons, and client facing summaries.
Track immigration law updates and regulatory changes relevant to global mobility.
Provide limited legal support to the U.S. law firm on cross border and mobility related matters.
Required Qualifications
Law degree from a recognized university in India.
1-5 years of experience in contracts, corporate law, or international legal work.
Strong contract drafting and review skills.
Excellent English proficiency is mandatory.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are mandatory.
Strong legal research and analytical skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines independently.
Comfort working with international teams and different time zones.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience or demonstrated interest in immigration law or global mobility.
Prior work with international clients or cross border legal matters.
Exposure to start ups, legal operations, or fast growth environments.
