Key Responsibilities:
Drive end-to-end recruitment for restaurant and corporate roles
Manage onboarding, training, and employee engagement programs
Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies
Handle performance management, grievance redressal, and disciplinary processes
Collaborate with operations and leadership teams to align HR strategy with business goals
Support payroll inputs, HRIS management, and benefits administration
Foster a positive workplace culture across all outlets
What We’re Looking For:
5+ years of total HR experience, with 2–3 years in the hospitality or F&B industry
Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Hands-on experience in recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations
High level of integrity, discretion, and problem-solving ability
