Surya Cotex Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our team in Kolkata. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing business opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, generating leads, and supporting the company's sales and marketing objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to generate new business opportunities.
- Identify potential clients, markets, and business prospects.
- Generate leads through market research, networking, references, and other channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Conduct regular client visits and follow up on business enquiries.
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with internal teams to provide suitable solutions.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and business presentations when required.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Achieve assigned sales and marketing targets within defined timelines.
- Maintain proper records of client interactions, leads, enquiries, and follow-ups.
- Prepare regular reports on marketing activities, sales pipeline, and business development.
- Coordinate with management and other departments for smooth execution of customer requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate degree in any discipline; a Marketing/Sales qualification will be an advantage.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in Marketing, Sales, Business Development, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good negotiation and convincing abilities.
- Strong client relationship management skills.
- Ability to identify new business opportunities and convert leads into customers.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive approach.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and market visits when required.
